Do you work with agencies on a whitelabel basis?
Yes. A large part of my work is silent, behind-the-scenes development for agencies and freelancers. Everything ships under your brand, in complete confidence, so your client only ever sees you. I can sign an NDA if you need one.
How do you price projects?
Most work is quoted as a fixed price per project once we've scoped it, so there are no surprises. For ongoing work and maintenance I offer monthly retainers. Either way you get a clear estimate before anything starts.
Will my custom plugin survive WordPress and WooCommerce updates?
That's the whole point. I build update-safe, using hooks and filters instead of core hacks, with proper versioning and testing, so your custom code keeps working through every core release rather than breaking on the next one.
Can you take over an existing or half-finished project?
Often, yes. I'll audit the existing codebase first, give you an honest view of its state, and then either fix, finish or rebuild it. Rescuing stalled builds from other developers is a regular part of the job.
How quickly can you start, and how do we stay in the loop?
Typical lead time is one to two weeks, and small fixes are usually much faster. During a build you get regular previews and direct contact with me. No account managers, no black boxes, and I typically reply to messages within 24 hours.
