What agencies usually ask before we start working together.
Can you take on overflow at short notice?
Where capacity allows, yes. Get in touch with what you have coming and I will tell you honestly what I can commit to.
Do you handle complex or inherited codebases?
Yes. Rescues, stalled builds and tricky custom work are a regular part of what I do. I audit first, then fix, finish or rebuild.
How much management does it take on our side?
As little as possible. I work independently, communicate clearly and slot into your process, so bringing me in adds capacity without adding overhead.
Do we need to sign an NDA?
Only if you want to. Most of my agency partnerships run on trust and a simple understanding: your clients stay yours and the work stays confidential. If your client or your process needs a signed NDA, I'm glad to put one in place.
What do you charge agencies?
Partner work is £60 an hour, against a standard rate of £70. Fixed-price quotes are available once a scope is written, and larger or ongoing programmes of work are quoted as a whole rather than by the hour.
Can you work from our own domain and email?
Yes. Where it helps, I can send and reply from an email address on your domain, so the whole process looks seamless to your client.
Can you handle Laravel or custom app work too?
Yes. Alongside WordPress I build with Laravel, so I can take on custom application work, APIs and integrations that go beyond a standard site.
