Paperclip answer the phone for UK businesses, catching the calls that would otherwise go to voicemail or interrupt the working day. It is a service bought on trust, so the site was built to explain what is covered, how it works day to day and what happens to a call once Paperclip pick it up. A WordPress build from 2021, structured so the enquiry is never more than a scroll away.

Years of service from one build

The site has been carrying the Paperclip pitch since 2021 without needing to be reinvented. Businesses arrive, understand what the answering service covers and get in touch, which was the whole brief.

Longevity is its own kind of result: a build still working for the client years later was built properly the first time.
